These terms apply to the Launch Now, Pay Monthly ($299 × 8) offer from Digitzero1 / Scarlett Digital Studio. By requesting this offer you acknowledge these conditions. Project-specific details may be confirmed in a written proposal.
Scope
5–10 page website with custom/hybrid design, SEO foundation, forms, analytics, Search Console, two revision rounds. Total $2,392 over 8 months. Deposit may be required. Ownership/transfer conditions apply. Missed payments per agreement.
Eligibility & exclusions
Offers are for qualifying new or existing customers as stated on the offer card. Ecommerce, custom applications, and complex third-party integrations are excluded unless separately quoted. Hosting and domain are excluded unless explicitly included.
Timing & materials
Delivery timelines begin after required content, assets, and access are received. Delays in customer materials, approvals, or access may extend completion time.
Payments & additional work
Fees, deposits, and recurring commitments are as shown on the offer. Additional requirements are quoted separately. Missed payments are handled per written agreement.
No ranking guarantees
We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, or Google Maps positions. SEO packages describe deliverables and work performed, not search outcomes.
